COVID-19 Update

Hello Extended Allen & Rocks Family!

Our communities’ business, leasing, and maintenance operations are still open! However, all the fitness facilities, conference rooms, and cyber cafés will remain closed until further notice.

In acknowledgment of the ongoing COVID-19 virus pandemic, and recommendations of federal, state, local governments, and the Centers for Disease Control, we have instituted and updated the following operational protocols:

Everyone entering the business or leasing offices is required to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer. If you do not have a mask, we will be happy to provide one for you. We have a “no-touch policy,” and we ask that you refrain from touching any surfaces inside the business and leasing offices, or models. Upon entering the leasing offices, you will see floor and/or wall signage with directions to follow.

We encourage residents to call or email the leasing office with any questions or concerns. If you would like to speak with a specific team member in person, please call and schedule an appointment.

If you are a future resident and are interested in touring one of our communities, please make an appointment online or call the community directly. Our community has specific guidelines for occupancy limits. For additional information, please contact the office.

**Please understand we must endure these inconveniences during this pandemic. We reserve the right to refuse service in any situation that we deem unsafe for either our team members or residents. Thank you for your support and loyalty. It’s comforting in these ever-changing times to see our community supporting each other.
